This Privacy Policy explains how OTONO LLC ("Otono," "we," "us") collects and uses your information in connection with the Otono Store Credit text-messaging program.

Information we collect. When you use our store-credit program, we collect your name, mobile phone number, and details of the store-credit items and transactions you bring to us. We use your mobile number to identify your store-credit account. Signing up for text messages is voluntary and separate from using the store-credit program — we text you only if you opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our intake form, and declining does not affect your store credit.

How we use it. We use this information solely to operate the store-credit program and to send you text messages about your store credit — for example, confirming an item was received, that credit was issued, that an item is ready for pickup, or your current balance. We do not use your information for advertising or marketing.

Sharing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that help us deliver these text messages (for example, our SMS messaging provider), and only for that purpose. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.

Opting out. You can stop receiving texts at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help.

Data retention & security. We keep this information only as long as needed to run the store-credit program and take reasonable measures to protect it.
